A Company that Stands Behind Their Product Line

Okay, in this disposable world you'd hope that if you spent a little more money that you would get a better product. This mantra doesn't always hold true, but once in a while you get a company that has a decent warranty policy and they stand behind it.

For example, I purchased a knife set from Wusthof Trident 4 years ago. This year I noticed that the 8" chef's knife was getting some spots on it. It was some type of corrison and pitting. I thought it was a little strange so I contacted customer service. They asked me what I did with my knives and at first I was a little appalled. I'm not one of those who mistreat their knives thinking they were screw drivers, hammers, or who knows what else. Nevertheless, I understand their questioning, so I sent them some pictures of the problem. A couple days later they sent me an email and told me that they would send me a new knife.

It was nice to see a warranty honored without a ton of hassle.
