Mt. Vernon

Well, I'm finally here in the great little town of Mt. Vernon; current population is 7,478. I have to give a great big thanks to Sara for accompanying me on my trip and hauling all my stuff into my apartment. My apartment is still a mess, but I hope to remedy that by the end of this week.

Anyway, my work at GE has been a little slow because my computer is lost somewhere and I can't get my ID card yet. Nevertheless, I've met some of the people I'll be interacting with for the next year.

Finally, I just have to say,"It's friggin' hot outside." Sheesh.
