Lovin' Philly

Once in a while it's worth driving 7 hours to escape West Virginia. This weekend proves why Mineral Wells will never catch Philadelphia. Actually, when I was at King of Prussia mall I saw more people there than the entire town of Mineral Wells.

The purpose of my trip was to drink some good beer and eat some good Philly food. I met the first goal when I got into town around 10PM. A local brew from Kalamazoo didn't hurt either. Nevertheless, after a few drinks it was time to head over to the local diner - 401 Diner for some grub. You know nothing beats a omelette on corn bread and covered with marinara sauce at one in the morning. Don't worry, somehow I managed to fall a sleep.

The following day I spent shopping with Sara. I really wanted to buy a pair of distressed black jeans. No, not pure black and not pure gray either. It took me some time, but I found a pair. Plus, the shoes and sweater match the jeans well. I consider it a successful shopping trip.

Yes, there are more fun stories about me drinking martinis and a little dancing on Market Street. Saturday night was just a great time, but you'll have to ask for those details later. It was only fun because I was there with my friends.
