I had a great week/weekend when I traveled to Pittsfield, MA to meet the other people in the OMLP program. The daily talks from the leaders of our business was informative and motivating. I hope I can accomplish the goals General Electric has set upon me.
One of days, we took a bus to New York City, where I took some fun pictures with my cell phone. Don't diss the quality. It's the best it can do!
Of course New Yorkers have some serious money and why not spend it on some sweet cars. I'm not talking about BMWs 7 series and Mercedes S class. I'm talking about some hand made cars. Actually, the Maserati Coupe ($85,000) and the Bentley Continental GT ($150,000) are peanuts compared to this gorgeous 2005 Rolls-Royce Phantom. Yeah, it cost more than the other two cars combines. Yeah, if you have a $330,000 laying around pick up this gem of car. This is the closest I'll ever get to this car. The chauffeur was nice enough to let me sit in the back seat. Oh, yeah, that's another incured cost, the chauffeur.

One of the stranger encounters inf NYC was the promotion by Saks Fifth Avenue. This lady and guy was walking around the city with two goats. Okay, they're not regular goats, but the kind that are used to make cashmere products. The lady was walking the goats; people came up to her to talk about the goats. On the other hand, the guy walked behind the goats picked up their crap - literally. Go figure, look at my picture and see what's important... the goats and the girl. Sorry dude!

Finally, I was able to spot one of my favorite sculptures. It's Joan Miro's Lunar Bird. It's very cool and it makes me smile every time I see it. His paintings are fun too.
