What is this?

Can anyone identify this object? Well, those who watch Food network possibly have an advantage, especially if they watch Good Eats with Alton Brown. This is his salt cellar. It's much cooler than average salt pigs and the such. It has a nice lid unlike salt pigs which are open to the air. Anyway, I'm super pumped about seasoning my food. Actually, I used it tonight! Woohoo, I'm a dork! Hell, make that a capital D - Dork!
